Because Binectics services are typically delivered against custom statements of work, refund eligibility is determined by the terms stated in the signed engagement agreement.
Project deposits
Deposits and milestone payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun, except where explicitly stated in the engagement agreement.
Subscription products
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and will not renew at the end of the current billing period. Partial-period refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Refund requests can be sent to info@binectics.com and will be reviewed within a reasonable time frame.
